Warren Smith and his son, Steven, have been playing french horn for over fifty years with orchestras and bands all over the Chicago area. These include Park Ridge Civic Orchestra, City Symphony Orchestra, the Southport Symphony Orchestra, the City Opera Orchestra of Chicago, South Shore Philharmonic , Sinfonietta Arts Chamber Orchestra, Palos Heights Symphony, da corneto Opera Company, Medinah Brass Band, and Des Plaines Community Band. Steven’s daughters, Laura and Stephanie, also play french horn and piano. Laura is studying to be a music therapist. Stephanie also sings and plays clarinet.
